Peace One Day 2008 @ Royal Albert Hall!

In anticipation of the annual Peace One Day celebration this September 21st, it has been announced that Grammy Award Winning musical sensation John Legend will be on the bill to play Royal Albert Hall. Along with Legend, Annie Lennox and her full band will be performing, and Bryan Adams will be playing an intimate acoustic set.
The event will also include a screening of the Founder of Peace One Day Jeremy Gilley’s “The Day After Peace” documentary, which will be introduced by actor Jude Law. All proceeds from the event will benefit the organizations ongoing mission to raise awareness of World Peace Day. Last year, over 100 Million people around the world played in active role in Peace Day activities, and 1.4 million Afghani children received polio vaccinations as a result of the ceasefire.
