Organization Description
Friends of TOMS provides the Shoe Drop volunteer program and helps the treatment of those affected with Podoconiosis, a debilitating foot and leg disease, in Ethiopia that is 100% preventable by wearing shoes from an early age.
What we do:
MOBILIZE
Create and coordinate avenues for individuals to volunteer and experience the One for One mission in action by participating in a Shoe Drop or coordinating their own Shoe Drop through the organizations they work with.
CONNECT
Connect action-motivated individuals to the additional needs of communities TOMS Shoes supports.
EMPOWER
Foster creativity and initiative among all Friends of TOMS to inspire and perform good works in their own communities and their own lives.
